Are there any news if a new stratego website is under development somewhere and if yes by when is it expected to be ready?

Assuming there was a new site, we still would not be able to talk about it here (against forum rules) unless it was an official one endorsed by Jumbo. So far, I am not aware of anything officially endorsed by Jumbo, only one other alternative site which is quite old and already pretty well known by most players.

It is indeed apparently against the rules. I had a discussion with the admin of this forum a few days ago after I made a few threads on this topic (one was hidden and the other edited). If you go to the Forum Rules, there is a bullet point about “website referrals” being against the rules unless permission from admin is given. The site I was talking about is the first one that you mentioned.

I was testing the waters here also, got hidden. That's okay, but the term "website referrals" should honestly be upgraded to say explicitly "Other Stratego Game Sites" to make it perfectly clear. "Website Referrals" means to me sites that one might parade to others here in order to sell something. "Website Referrals" technically, however, means also no references to Imgur or other image hosting site. But I imagine these are allowed. If so, the current wording of the rule is poor.
